IN-PERSON PLANS

  • IP3-10 (3 months; 10 lessons; supervised practice each week)

    • 10 private golf lessons (1 lesson = 30 minutes of one-on-one coaching)
    • Three months of facility access to supervised golf training sessions by one of the best golf instructor in Florida
      • Supervised group training (2 hrs./day; 2 days/wk.)
      • Group and individual challenge tasks
    • 3D evaluation, report, and biofeedback training/coaching
    • 1 video analysis per month (i.e., you send video to me, I do an analysis that includes feedback and suggestions; 48-hour turnaround time). Requires you to take high speed (slo-mo setting on your smart phone) video of your swing from face on and down the line.
    • One (1), 1-hour club fitting (choice of Driver, irons, wedges or putter, depending on your goals and the issues identified in the 3D initial evaluation)

  • IP6-20 (6 months; 20 lessons; supervised practice each week)

    • 20 private lessons (1 golf lesson = 30 minutes of one-on-one coaching)
    • 6-months of facility access to supervised training sessions
      • Supervised group training (2 hrs./day; 2 days/wk.)
      • Group and individual challenge tasks
    • 3D evaluation, report, and biofeedback training/coaching (minimum of two sessions during the 6-months)
    • 1 video analysis per month (i.e., you send video to me, I do an analysis that includes feedback and suggestions; 48-hour turnaround time). Requires you to take high speed (slo-mo setting on your smart phone) video of your swing from face on and down the line.
    • Two (2), 1-hour club fitting (choice of Driver, irons, wedges or putter, depending on your goals and the issues identified in the 3D initial evaluation)
    • Goal setting. Clear descriptions of the overall goals of the program along with measurable KPI’s that allow the tracking of change (e.g., club head speed, club path, body positions and rotations, body speeds, proximity to the hole, greens in regulation, strokes gained [various components of the game including Driving, long irons, mid-irons, short-irons, pitch & chip shots, bunker shots, putting], handicap, average score, number of penalty strokes, etc.)
    • Golf playing lesson (6-holes including various on-course situational practice shots)

      • Supervised group training (2 hrs./day; 2 days/wk.)

    • 3D evaluation, report, and biofeedback training/coaching (minimum of three sessions during the 9-months)
    • 1 video analysis per month (i.e., you send video to me, I do an analysis that includes feedback and suggestions; 48-hour turnaround time). Requires you to take high speed (slo-mo setting on your smart phone) video of your swing from face on and down the line.
    • Three club fittings (Irons, Driver & Wedges)
    • Goal setting
    • Two golf playing lesson (6/9-holes including various on-course situational practice shots)
    • Speed training program
    • Physical Competency Test (PCT) – the PCT is a standardized, golf specific physical evaluation that will readily highlight areas in which you could improve your body (e.g., flexibility, stability, coordination, strength, power, etc.). The purpose is to determine the limitations and strengths of your body.
    • Initial training program + 2 workout reviews (if desired); additional lessons if not wanted
    • Two golf playing lessons (9-holes including various on-course situational practice shots)

  • IP9-40 (9 months; 40 lessons; supervised practice each week)

    • 40 private lessons (1 golf lesson = 30 minutes of one-on-one coaching)
    • 9-months of facility access to supervised training sessions
      • Supervised group training (2 hrs./day; 2 days/wk.)
      • Group and individual challenge tasks
    • 3D evaluation, report, and biofeedback training/coaching (minimum of four sessions during the 9-months)
    • 1 video analysis per month (i.e., you send video to me, I do an analysis that includes feedback and suggestions; 48-hour turnaround time). Requires you to take high speed (slo-mo setting on your smart phone) video of your swing from face on and down the line.
    • Four (4), 1-hour club fitting (choice of Driver, irons, wedges or putter, depending on your goals and the issues identified in the 3D initial evaluation)
    • Goal setting. Clear descriptions of the overall goals of the golf training program along with measurable KPI’s that allow the tracking of change (e.g., club head speed, club path, body positions and rotations, body speeds, proximity to the hole, greens in regulation, strokes gained [various components of the game including Driving, long irons, mid-irons, short-irons, pitch & chip shots, bunker shots, putting], handicap, average score, number of penalty strokes, etc.)
    • Three playing lesson (9-holes including various on-course situational practice shots)
    • Speed training program (two times over the year)
    • Two PCT tests + 4 workout reviews if desired; if workouts are not chosen, additional golf lessons are available instead
    • Long Term Athletic Development planning
    • Periodization of training and tournament schedule

  • Club Head Speed Increase

    • Full evaluation of driving skill, speed and technique
    • Physical competency testing as well as power tests
    • Design of training program to enhance club head speed
    • Technique development
    • Fitness training including strength, stability, speed, power and flexibility)
    • Re-evaluation after 8-week training period

REMOTE PLANS

  • RC25 (25 weeks; FaceTime lessons each week)

    • 25 weeks access to Dr. Neal (via email)
    • ½ hour video lesson (i.e., FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom) each week
    • 1 video analysis per month (i.e., you send video to me, I do an analysis that includes feedback and suggestions; 48-hour turnaround time). Requires you to take high speed (slo-mo setting on your smart phone) video of your golf swing from face on and down the line.
    • Round analysis and suggestions for training/practice (twice over the 25 weeks of the contract)
    • Goal setting. Clear descriptions of the overall goals of the program along with measurable KPI’s that allow the tracking of change (e.g., club head speed, club path, body positions and rotations, body speeds, proximity to the hole, greens in regulation, strokes gained [various components of the game including Driving, long irons, mid-irons, short-irons, pitch & chip shots, bunker shots, putting], handicap, average score, number of penalty strokes, etc.)

  • RC50 (50 weeks; FaceTime lessons each week)

    • 50 weeks access to Dr. Neal (via email)
