IN-PERSON PLANS

- Three months of facility access to supervised golf training sessions by one of the best golf instructor in Florida
- Supervised group training (2 hrs./day; 2 days/wk.)
- Group and individual challenge tasks
- 3D evaluation, report, and biofeedback training/coaching
- 1 video analysis per month (i.e., you send video to me, I do an analysis that includes feedback and suggestions; 48-hour turnaround time). Requires you to take high speed (slo-mo setting on your smart phone) video of your swing from face on and down the line.
- One (1), 1-hour club fitting (choice of Driver, irons, wedges or putter, depending on your goals and the issues identified in the 3D initial evaluation)

- Physical Competency Test (PCT) – the PCT is a standardized, golf specific physical evaluation that will readily highlight areas in which you could improve your body (e.g., flexibility, stability, coordination, strength, power, etc.). The purpose is to determine the limitations and strengths of your body.
- Initial training program + 2 workout reviews (if desired); additional lessons if not wanted
- Two golf playing lessons (9-holes including various on-course situational practice shots)
